I had a punctured tyre so I popped to …

You didn’t pop, the tyre did!

Very funny, I went to the garage and …

    What?

It was closed.

    Go again when it’s open.

It’s closed permanently.

    He’s probably re-tyred!

Very funny, I’m tyred of your jokes!

    What did you do?

Went somewhere else.

    And?

Got it repaired.

I popped to the bank this morning.

Exciting!

I put on my mask …

 Very sensible.

… aimed my gun, demanded cash, jumped in the getaway car, fired it up and  …

 And?

It had a puncture!  Where can I get it repaired?

Very funny. Your round.

Both delightful stories, Keith. you certainly enjoy playing with words and do it so well.
Who would ever have imagined we’d all be putting on masks to go into banks though?

Thanks, Jenne. See what you mean about banks and masks, only robbers did that a couple of years ago!

    Dear Keith,

It sounds like they’re both on a roll with their wheeling and dealing. 😉 Love it.

Isn’t it always the way, the getaway car goes wrong at a vital moment… he should be buying the next round after that tall tale 🙂
