101 words!

I promise to only use 99 next week!

I know we don’t celebrate Christmas, but most of our customers do which is why I said we should take advantage of it. I’ve added turkey sandwiches, mince pies, mulled wine and a few other festive nibbles to the menu. I’ve ordered some bits and pieces that would make nice presents, bracelets necklaces and things, and cleared a place for them over there.

All I asked you to do was put up a few decorations. I didn’t expect you take it that literally though, I mean, six little stars dangling from the ceiling?

You could at least have hung up ten!

    Dear Keith,

I didn’t even notice the stars and I took the picture. 😀 Cute story. One word over…tut tut. Seriously not much of an infraction and cute story besides.

    Shalom,

    Rochelle

You have a very sharp eye Keith – missed the stars completely – great story 😄🙌

very fun twist with the 10 vs the 7 stars – and K, this really hit home because many a years we stopped at an Opened Walgreens on Christmas – or other store because we needed this or that – and I was glad some places were “open for business” like your smart business owenrs were in this story.

Funny story, Keith. Some people are allergic to decorations.

Minimalists to the minimum degree! As for coffee, cake and stuff, I can only imagine how small their portions must be!

Now that is more tragic than the decorations!

One star for each of the six wise men? Seems appropriate.

    (Next week we’re counting words.)

A wise shopkeeper, at least one of the pair. A cute festive story, Keith. 🙂
