Right, let’s go onto the balcony and try them out. The couple over there have an enormous telly, if they put subtitles on I could sit here and enjoy theirs instead of putting up with the stuff she makes me watch!
I’ll be able to keep a closer eye on the flighty floozy from the flat across there. I’ve a feeling Bill from the flat below ours visits her now and again for some ‘entertainment’! Can’t say I blame him though!

The mischief escalates. I like the dialogue/monologue back and forth you’ve used, and I like the twist at the end. I suspect he’s about to be found out. And that’s probably a good thing.
