…be sure to take some waterproof boots, it’s a bit muddy!
I’m staying local again! I went for a walk in the Highwoods on the outskirts of town yesterday afternoon. I’ve posted more photos than usual because I couldn’t decide which ones to leave out!
Click pics to enlarge and again to make eleven larger!

What a beautiful area. That isn’t muddy at all. You should see it around here with all the snow melting and then some rain, feet and paws sink into the mud.

There are so many places by my home I could probably walk too if my back was in good shape, but these days there’s no way I could unless my hubby pushes me in my wheelchair, which he has done. We live by Fox River in Illinois & our home is about nine blocks away. When we start to drive west about 8 blocks I believe you can see the river. In the Spring time they start riding their bikes and walking their dogs & just walking. We have bridges that we can walk over to the other side close by too! Hmmm one day I’ll Post about it, so you can see! Have a wonderful day my friend. Oh by the way, snicker, I’m back! I took a long vacation due to illness.

Good to see you again! It took me a moment to recognise you as I’m used to seeing you with a different name tag! Your area sounds lovely, I hope one day you treat us to some pictures.

Something so bedazzling about the moss clad trees and patches!
We’d (my 14-year-old and I) gone for a nice birding walk too over the weekend, but will have to post next week about it, as the cable is travelling with the Dad. lol!
Therefore I linked up with my letters.

I’ve never seen it so green! Hopefully, your cable will complete its journey in time for next week. Loved your letters by the way.
