“Ladies and gents, lads and lasses, our next karaoke crooner never fails to entertain us, it’s the one and only, thank goodness, Pete the Pavanotti! I would shout ‘make some noise for Pete’, but he makes enough of it himself without our help!”

“Is he the bloke that won POP Idol?” asked Annie, “no, that’s James Bond’s mate, Bubble-o-seven!” shouted Sid!
“Right, music mice-poo please” yelled Pete before starting to sing a completely different song from the one on the backing track, You’re Beautiful I think it was.

Of course not, Suzette, Pete would never deliberately offend! Thanks for chuckling along!
My pleasure your skill with humor adds such richness to your storytelling Keith. Bravo!
Oh, what fun!
Thanks, Mimi!
Great fun!
I’m pleased you found it so, Chris!
Can’t wait for the ‘another day’ to come.
You make it sound all so easy.
It’ll come! I find writing nonsense far easier than attempting to be deep, dark and meaningful!
Loved it, Keith. Sound effects really made it stand up! 🤣
I’m pleased, thanks so much, Denise!
Sounds like a great night out!
