The Pavilion is a centre for the arts, with concerts, exhibitions and more. Its motto, Est. 1935 Modern ever since. Oh, and it’s at the end of my road which is quite useful!

That looks fantastic! We have a concert venue up the road (about 400 metres) but not with all the other arts stuff. I’d be beside myself. I love being able to have dinner with the fam and then zip up to see a band. I’d never be home if that was walking distance to me!!

You’d need pretty deep pockets! Being a relatively small venue with limited seating, well-known acts tend to be a bit on the expensive side to see, but we also get lots of free stuff like the outdoor movies and exhibitions.

Did you need oxygen by the time you reached the top? My legs ached just thinking about it!😊

Almost, but living in a loft appartment with no lift, I’m used to steps!

Well that’s good! I’m somewhat grateful that I live on the 2nd floor–17 steps make me exercise a little bit at least😊

That is one of about 12 which sit along the seafront, all painted by local artists! I posted pictures of my favourite 8 a few weeks back – https://keithsramblings.net/2022/07/12/pictures-11/
