We always love the bright colors that are found around the world and your photos display the culture so well. Mom would never touch any food sold at a market or on the street. When she was flying too many adventurous eaters got really sick so she avoids it but if it works for you, bon appetit!
What a colorful journey you had for us today! Whew! Question- in a lot of the historical fiction I have been reading lately they eat a lot of eels. I though they must have been a taste trat from the past- but I see a sign here offering them for sale- people still eat eels? what on earth do they taste like?
