I took a walk around a nearby retail park – there seemed to be some sales going on…

That’s a lot of sales, my friend. It’s overwhelming how many there are.
So many that I lost count! Thanks for dropping by.
I would like to do a poll and find out how many of the offered prices are really discounted. I bought a jacket before Christmas for $104.00 they had it on sale a week later claiming 50% off for $103.00 — I’m not even good with numbers- but I know that math ain’t mathing!
Perhaps it was already 49% off when you bought it, but you just didn’t notice! That reminds me of when I bought my very expensive television on Black Friday – a couple of weeks later I saw on sale even cheaper!
losing money by not spending it!)
Indeed – oddly enough I did find a pound coin on the pavement, somebody must have lost it!
To be free from the temptation of shopping on a sale shows great contentment.
I was quite proud of myself!
Awesome 👏🏼
‘Tis the season…
…to be buying!
It physically hurts me to pay full price! I cannot wait for even deeper discounts in the new year!
Mitch
I couldn’t agree more, MItch!
Sales, sales and more sales. Great shots.
Thank you for hosting the Wordless Wednesday Blog Hop.
Have a fabulous and a Happy New Year, Keith. 🙂
Thank you, Sandee
It’s quite SaleFest!
I will admit I got lured into a Marimekko online sale – but 50% off…still expensive but vaguely affordable! Ha! Happy New year to you!
Thanks, Lydia.
Nice to treat yourself when you get the chance!
I fell like I’ve been to the mall now, and won’t need to go again for a long time. Sales this time of year do not tempt me, unless it’s the cat’s favorite brand of cat food.
I can fully understand that!
Great photos. Happy New Year to you, Keith.
Thanks Linda, and to you!
That was fun to see! I haven’t gone shopping at a mall or department store in decades!
I can’t say I blame you!
Love seeing all these sales, but it makes me wonder – how genuine are those big discount signs?
Reminds me of when I bought a bedsheet supposedly 70% off, only to find out that was the regular price all year 😅.
Happy New Year, Keith!
I have my doubts too, having once been caught out when buying a television in a so-called sale!
Looking forward, what will be next, we do not buy too…
…I wish you and your family all the best in 2026, a good 🍀and happy and healthy New Year 🎉 Thank you for hosting. Greetings by Heidrun
Thanks so much for your generous words, Heidrun.
Ah, the post holiday sales 😸
Happy New Year, and wishing you all the best for 2026!
There’s no escape from them!
Thank you, and wishing you the same!
This is such a good project to include all the signs of sale together
I was stuck for ideas, then I thought – why not?
Escaping the sales with your wallet intact is a major victory. Wishing you a happy new year!
Rule one – leave wallet at home!
Hi Keith – just glad I don’t need anything … and no worries about rushing around like a lunatic – Happy New Year – cheers Hilary
