It amazes me how these pieces last through all these years.

It’s funny because two weeks ago, I went to the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts and, for the first time, went up to the third floor where there were exhibits of ancient pieces like your first ones! Serendipity!

Boxes of computers just don’t seem all that exciting. 😏 I wonder, too.

A lot of great art pieces there. I especially like the Egyptian and Roman ones.

It reminds me a lot of the Metropolitan Museum in New York, which has a large collection of Egyptian, near east and Mediterranean art, as well as similar “decorative arts” from the 19th century.

Those are all amazing artefacts and lovely photos. Do you know if the horse was stuffed and preserved or had been modelled. I ask because when we were in the Hermitage in St. Petersburg there were three horses in full armour and had been preserved.

Keith, your photos have taken me on a fascinating journey through history and art. Each piece holds its own story and significance, and your keen eye for detail brings them to life even through the screen. Thank you for sharing this enriching experience with us.
