Don’t be fooled by the blue sky and sunshine, it was FREEZING – and the ice-laden grass was extremely slippery!

‘
…and so ends my third week of chilly pictures. Let’s burn some of those logs to warm us up!.
…
This is where you add your link, should you so desire!

I love the pictures with sky in them.
It was exceptionally blue that day!
Beautiful.
Another nice set of photos it has been very cold glad it’s a bit milder now only downside it pouring ha so I warmed up by your logs 👍
Have a wintrytastic week Keith 👍
Good to be back in double figures again! Cheers, Steve.
what lovely pictures and thanks for the warmup at the end
Thanks, Beth Just looking at gives one a warm feeling!
Beautiful pictures! Will take your word for it that it was chilly 😉 Thanks for warming us up at the end.
It was below freezing. After making you follow me across all that white frozen grass, I thought you deserved it!
Such a gentleman!!
Gorgeous photos, Keith!
Thanks, Nancy, it was good to get back in the warm again!
I can just imagine!
Lovely, chilly photos! 🙂 You have beautifully captured the essence of a winter day, except, I’m surprised to see so many green leaves. There’s very little snow here in suburban Toronto, but that could change any minute. It’s been in the minuses Celsius here. Cheers!
P.S. I added my link and will include yours within my post.
There’s quite a lot of ivy with its glossy green leaves in the wood, it puts up with whatever the weather throws at it!
Thanks for the link, Debbie.
A nice walk in the frosy forest!
Thanks, it was worth getting cold for!
I would have been fooled. It looks lovely!
Looking up, I know what you mean But the crunching icy grass underfoot tells a different story!
Even if it’s cold, it’s nice to get out and have a good walk in the woods.
It takes more than that to stop me from taking my daily walk!
It’s beautiful and it looks cold. I see frost on things.
I love the fireplace at the end. Perfect.
Thank you for hosting the Wordless Wednesday Blog Hop.
Have a fabulous Wordless Wednesday and rest of the week, Keith. 🙂
There was a lot of frost where the sun didn’t reach! Thanks, Sandee.
The blue sky and sunshine had me fooled too! It might have been freezing, but you made it look absolutely lovely!
Happy Wednesday, Keith!
Thanks so much. For me, it was the perfect winter’s day!
Take a walk on the wild side! Lovely captures!
Indeed! Thanks for walking with me!
I love the contrast of the vivid blue sky. Here on a freezing cold but cloudless day the sky here can only manage an icy blue.
Jackie’s Photo Blog. Sorry about putting my link in the comments, but there are now very few blogs on WordPress or Blogger that I can change from my cat blog.

It was unusually blue!
No probs with the link, it transported me to a city I love!
The moss on the bottom of all those trees is eye catching, like someone painted it on there.
I know what you mean, it really caught my eye!
I like seeing the hints of the cold weather among your photos. Very nice walk!
They made their presence felt I can assure you!
Seems like it was a lovely, albeit chilly, walk. I quite like the starkness of the bare branches against the frost and the sky.
But my goodness, I can feel the cold just from looking at them.
I spent longer there than I thought I would despite the cold, that’s how lovely it was!
What a wonderful walk. So very beautiful. The frost makes it so cool.
Thank you. It was wonderful!
Such a beautiful walk. The frost makes it even more beautiful.
Such a wonderful display of nature. Especially the woods.
Thank you. There’s another world in there!
Sounds like you earned that fire by braving the winter wonderland. Stay warm!
I did but it was worth every step!
It looks cold to me!
You’re not wrong there!
