John, your tree, look…

Ah my tree, Paul, my precious tree, splendid is it not. It’s like a friend, a companion. Always there for me through good times and bad. It shelters me, comforts me, it….

Yes John but there are two cycles…

Indeed there are. Paul In the early months of each year it heralds Spring, it awakens from Winter’s slumber and embraces all that is fresh and  new. In the latter months it cossests the ground with golden blanket and….

I know John, but…

It listens to me, and never judges. If something troubles me I embrace it’s sturdy trunk and pour out my feelings. If I’m faced with difficult choices it’s there to listen. Always, the mist within my mind clears and … oh look!

What John?

There are two cycles in my tree!

Sometimes we are just meant to discover things by ourselves. I remember when I was in kindergarten and there was an Easter egg hunt on the school playground. The parents came to watch. My mother was yelling at me from a distance trying to direct me to a lovely basket of chocolates (the coveted find). I couldn’t see it until too late and another classmate got the goodies. 😦 Why your post awakened that memory I’ll never know.
