One hundred words

00.

I bet, when you arrived at my humble abloge you had a preconceived idea of what you were to read.

You probably thought I’d rattle off some of those irritating lightbulb jokes. Like, how many teenagers does it take to change a bulb? One but you have to ask a hundred times.

Well, you’re wrong. When I saw the picture, I hoped for a bright idea. Maybe a romance between a light switch and a bulb entitled You Turn Me On, or …

… oh no, my light’s gone out. It’s pitch black. I can hear something. Someone. Who’s there? Hello, hello …

    Dear Keith,

I’d always heard that it takes one teenager to screw in a lightbulb. The teenager holds the bulb while the world revolves around him. 😉 A rather spooky ending today.

    Shalom,

    Rochelle

Stealthy footsteps in the dark always get on a person’s nerves, don’t they? Love the joke–will pass it on to some teens I know. 🙂

Too true, Christine! I’d love to see the expression on some of their faces if you do!

This took a dark turn, yet it left me smiling for some reason. Maybe it’s Laurie’s pixies bringing you new shoes.

Nice wander through your mind here today, Keith. I enjoyed the joke… that one works long before they’re teens, although maybe I shouldn’t ask little kids to change lightbulbs…
