I walked past the De La Warr Pavillion the other evening…

‘
and as I climbed down the steps and strolled along the seafront I noticed something weird was going on.‘

.

.
There were flames everywhere and oddly dressed people. I thought the aliens had landed!.

I suddenly got wet, which was strange as there was a cloudless sky!

.
That was it, I got out of there and headed for the pub.

Add your link to join in the fun!
wow, kind of like a crazy dream
It certainly was surreal!
This LQQKS exciting love the photos LOL @ I thought the aliens had landed!.
Have a flickerturetastic week Keith 👍
Cheers, Steve!
Looks like a live play performance of a Dr. Who episode…!
Exactly what I thought as I wandered around!
I bet you were the only one in the pub.
I was concerned I might be!
Do look like aliens 👽 😂
They do indeed!
😃
Are you sure you weren’t coming FROM the pub when you saw all this strange activity? 🍺
Whatever it is, it looks like a hot time in the old town that night! 🔥
I wish I was, then I’d have an explanation!
Hi Keith – what an interesting ‘show’ on offer to towns around the country … Dr Kronovator – fascinating to see … cheers and amazing – thanks for sharing … and I wonder if it’ll get here at some stage … thanks for the photos! Cheers Hilary
If it lands on the Western Lawns, make sure you see it!
What a fun and weird adventure and heading to the pub was the very best part.
Thank you for hosting the Wordless Wednesday Blog Hop.
Have a fabulous Wordless Wednesday, Keith. 🙂
It was the perfect end to an odd experience!
Fascinating, fun, and i’m glad you shared it all.
My pleasure Mimi!
You are so lucky to have this in your street – How fabulous!
A lot goes on in our little town!
Woaaaahhhh!! Now what was that?
And how was it thereafter at the pub? Tipsy-turvy? ;-))
Have a great rest of the month dear Keith!
Cheers! Hic!
No idea Natasha! Everyone in the pub was talking about it!
That is very odd! We are not fans of fire, so it would not be a place for us to be. Good idea to head for the pub instead.
Very wise. There was not a doggie in sight!
Surprising and fun! It’s nice to have an unexpected adventure. Glad it wasn’t aliens.
Absolutely, I no prior warning whatsoever!
What a weird thing to see! The rain might have spoiled their fire activity. Glad you clicked these pics.
Very true Shiju! Thanks for dropping by.
Wow. That looks so very interesting. Super cool.
It was fun!
Looks like a fun event – I’ve been to (and even participated in) a few like that here. 😺
It certainly was – I would mind taking part myself!
Wow, where was this? The building fronts remind me on the look of a square in Breda (Holland). Hope it gave you a thrill (for sure for your camera:))
It was at the end of my road in Bexhill-on-Sea! Many of the buildings along the seafront have a Dutch look about them. My camera was quaking when we left!
