There is a certain wild quality to those gardens that I find interesting. The winter-into-spring details also remind me of growing up in New York. I was always relieved when spring started to return.

It’s a garden of two haves, one very formal and the other wild. I have to say I prefer the latter! Spring is just around the corner!

Beautiful pictures! I like Rudyard Kipling’s Jungle Book stories. Couple of weeks back I saw a Tailor Bird which inspired the character called Darzee.

Hi Keith – stunning garden and pics from you … I hadn’t heard of Tailor Bird, which Shiju mentions … Spring is wonderful … enjoy our sunny day today – cheers Hilary

Thanks, Hilary. Every week Shiju posts an amazing set of bird pictures and this weeks’ are no exception.
I’m a day behind. Still sunny but a tad on the breezy side, I’m going nowhere!

Just been up to the Hydro for lunch … it’s where we have a number of meetings etc – so comfortable … healthy sea!! I wouldn’t have gone out either, but had lunch booked and we were going to be at one of our classes nearby … so when the class was cancelled – we’d arranged lunch so carried on. It was good – now back and safe! cheers H
