For Wordless Wednesday and others!
It’s a horrid cold grey damp day today so I thought I post some pictures I took just five months ago at Sheffield Park in West Sussex!

Clicking to enlarge really does help see the details. I wonder who lives in that castle looking building in the background?

It’s a large stately home dating back to the 18th century. In 1990 it was converted into flats. My photos were taken in its enormous garden and parkland.

Very pretty spot on the summertime, but we like that last fall photo the best. It is beautiful and the colors make it so interesting.

Haha, I like your last reply! Then when summer comes in Texas, I’d wish it were a bit cooler (because of the humidity here)! Happy Wednesday to you! Emille

Beautiful photos. After four days of sea fog it was nice to see the green of the grass and trees, and the blue of the sky. We actually woke up to clear skies today, but also a heavy frost.

Ah!!! I needed that! We have tons o’ snow here in the Great White North (Canada). We got 16 inches of the white stuff last week and I miss green!

Thank you for brightening up this dull, foggy day with these radiant shots. We could really do with some wispy winter sunshine.
How are things in your neck of woods Keith?
I sent you a greeting on email, wonder if you got it?
Blessed and bountiful 2022, my friend.
