Serene! Except for the sunbathing snowman!
Just me, the seagulls … and him!
👍
Aw.. You’re not going to let those gulls show you up for a chicken, are you?
I guess those clouds would be called lowering. This beach must look beautiful on a sunny summer day — awash with humans, though. 🙂
Gulls have feathers, I don’t!
Being a small town with just a couple of hotels we are not particularly touristy, so the beach never really gets overcrowded – except on our annual Mermaid Day when hundreds from all around come dressed in mermaid costumes to help us retain our place in the Guinness Book of Records!
You’re a very smart man for not taking a dip, Keith. I wouldn’t have either. Beautiful shots though as long as you’re dressed warmly.
Have a fabulous Wordless Wednesday, Keith. Stay warm. 🙂
It was freezing (literally) so I didn’t think it wise! Snow for us is a very rare event in recent years. I’m warm, hope you are too Sandee!
Nice serene photos but I don’t blame you for not having a swim heheh!
Have a snowytastic safe week 😷😷😷
Not a chance! Cheers, Steve.
Stick to watching the waves today, maybe you can catch a few in about 3 months!
Hopefully so Mimi!
So very peaceful and beautiful. Very nice. Thanks for sharing it.
I had it all to myself!
White sand?????? 😉
I wish! Cheers Skye.
I think you made a wise choice. Leave it to the seagulls!

That’s what I thought!
A bit on the cold side for me. It will be 74 degrees F/23 degrees C here today. The best time of the year in Texas.
That’s perect, lucky you!
We dogs would go in the water, but Mom, no thank you.
They are welcome to!
I’ve never experienced snow at the beach – it looks a bit strange to my inland eyes.

Hi Keith – I didn’t go down to the beach … thankfully it’s gone now … but I love seeing it … some people went swimming didn’t they – can’t remember where though … must have been fun to see – enjoy the very chilly night tonight … all the best – Hilary
All gone! Keep warm Hilary.
Wow, I don’t even know what to say with so many people on this snow beach, because I have lived in Southern California, and the only time I went was when it was over 85 degr. F (that must be somewhere in the 30ties C.)
That’s hot! It was 1C – 34F when I took those pictures!
Amazing ocean
France is just over the horizon!
Good decision! But what a beautiful walk you had, thanks for sharing it.
Thanks so much!
