Won’t lie Steve, I was petrified!
Say, you really get around! But now I’m dizzy.
And you look like the quintessential English tourist. 😉
I hope that’s a good thing, Christine! Last year was the first I haven’t flown off anywhere and now I’ve got very itchy feet!
Oh, these are so cool! Such wonderful experiences. I think I’d feel a little dizzy, though. 😉 That’s funny, I just realized that over the years that I have visited your blog, I haven’t seen you in the photos! But, I don’t think you take a lot of people’s pictures either. Thanks for sharing and hosting!
I’m not really a people picture person! Thanks for dropping by.
Wow, such very beautiful photos. Thanks for sharing them.
Thanks so much.
Hi Keith – I really don’t like standing on those glass platforms … but once on one – always excellent views. You’ve had some amazing experiences – these are wonderful photos … and you must have incredible tales to tell … loved this post – from our gloomy south coast to you a little further east … all the best – Hilary
Looking from my window now, there are many places I’d rather be! As for glass floors – I really don’t like them! Cheers, Hilary.
This is absolutely the only way I could visit such heights. These photos are quite lovely!
I’m not a heights person myself, but sometimes you simply have to pluck up courage!
The views are mesmerizing, and the travel you did to get to these heights must have been awesome. But I rather you do the climb and I’ll stay on the lover elevations:)
The most daunting was Macho Picchu, thousands of steps at an extremely high altitude, but worth it! Thanks for joining me.
I salute you respectfully! That was a great accomplishment:)
The glass floor would have done me in. Here’s a link for #WW–even though it’s very wordy. https://iamchandralynn.com/2021/02/03/at-the-right-time/
Not an experience I care to repeat! Thanks Chandra.
😀
Wow! What fabulous places you have been. We climbed St. Peters, but i haven’t been to any of the others.
The last bit of the St Peter’s dome is the most difficult I thought – very narrow steps and you have to lean over! Cheers, Mimi.
Wow great pictures! The glass floor made me dizzy.
It made me dizzy too! Never again!
Not sure if you were notified…just want you to know how much you’re appreciated 🙂 https://godoggocafe.com/2021/02/04/promote-a-poet-writer-thursday-february-4-2021/
I wasn’t! Thanks so much for picking me and giving my blog such a lovely plug.
My pleasure, Keith 🙂
Oh lucky lucky you to have been to all these high places! Cheers and have a great day!
Life has it’s ups and downs! Cheers Kathe.
