I can never resist snapping a scruffy wall!
Let’s start in Kochin, South India

Now to Luxor, Egypt

Next Kathmandu, Nepal

La Bella Roma!

I took this in La Paz, Bolivia

…and this in Lima, Peru – not exactly a wall but never mind!

This was in Morocco

…so was this

…and Morocco again.

Where are we now? The clue is in the flag!

Turkey of course! One more Turkish delight!

…and suddenly I’m just a few miles from home, in the backstreets of Brighton UK.

Spray cans, check – paint pots, check – brushes, check – dark glasses and hoodie, check – step ladder, check and…..I’m off!

Some really great examples here, and it goes to show, no matter where in the world, people want to express themselves.
Perfectly put Mimi!
Great photos Keith
Thanks so much
I enjoyed your photos nice and clear too nice post 🙂
Have a scuffywalltastic week 🙂
The only kinda week to have!
Loved your photos! You really get around!
I’m so pleased you like them – not everyone’s idea of holiday pics, but I enjoy taking them!
My goodness you do get around!
I do have itchy feet! Cheers Carol.
What a fabulous post! I love seeing all the art you have experienced. I always stop to watch the trains as they pass; so many cars have graffiti. My town has recently been hit by a tagger. I need to photograph it before it is gone.
A lot of graffiti is pure art, although the examples in my pictures are a little less so!
Interesting graffiti – even on trees. 🙂 I love seeing your photos from all over the world. What an adventurous life! Thanks for hosting this linkup. Cheers!
It’s all go! Cheers Debbie
Love graffiti! Great global tour.
Me too! Cheers Beth
Hi Keith – you’ve certainly been places … but fun to see these walls of varying types. Love the one in Lima with the tree …cheers Hilary
The entire tree is covered with messages of love, it’s really a sight to behold.
interesting collection. I just wish I knew what each one says. I wonder if many of the messages are similar or different and unique to the locations they were written. Thanks for sharing it with us at #OMHGWW!
Apart from Welcome to Rome, I don’t have a clue!
excellent captures…And I am sure you know all about Banksy! http://banksy.co.uk/out.asp
Banksy is one of my heroes – thanksy for the link!
Thank you for sharing these pictures with us, Keith! Seeing your shots, one can tell you’ve travelled a lot! Very interesting to observe how the walls seem to tell us a lot about each of the places.
I do get around a bit! I find such walls fascinating. Thanks Esha
Wooooooaaah, Keith that is some collection indeed.
Thank you for sharing.
Bet you have your hands tied up with A to Z this month. So will we get to see you on #WW?
All the very best for A-Z. Enjoy the ride. I chose to give it a miss this year.
Have a wonderful week!
Absolutely right! Sorry you’re not joining us this year – I had my doubts about doing it myself, but here I am!
