For Wordless Wednesday and bloghops various
Last week we walked along the cliffs in Bexhill-on-Sea. Eleven miles to the west, the cliffs are very different for instead of sandstone they are chalk!.
,
.
They stretch twelve miles along the coast from Eastbourne to Seaford. I walk there often, and these are just some of the pictures I’ve taken over the years. You may have seen a few of them before.

This is one of the most photographed views in the UK. The cottages have featured in many a TV series and quite a few movies!

By the way, you were in good company, the King was pictured here six week’s ago!

What a beautiful place for a walk. Running into the king would be way cool too.
Thank you for hosting the Wordless Wednesday Blog Hop.
Have a fabulous day and rest of the week, Keith. 🙂
Not something that happens every day! Cheers, Sandee.
You have me longing for the sea….
There’s something magical about it.
i’m ready to go to the sea!
Don’t forget your bucket and spade!
Beautiful! I’m so ready!
I wish you could join me!
Great shots Keith. Thanks for sharing
I’m pleased you enjoyed them, Sadje, thank you.
You’re welcome ☺️
Bet the King enjoyed the shore a lot more than his visit to D.C.
That wouldn’t surprise me, there were a few awkward moments!
Beautiful! Stunning cliffs. One of my kids met the king, back when he was a Prince. He visited their daycare. All the kids made flags and drew pictures of Princes. All the kids were disappointed when a guy in a suit with no crown or robe turned up. He was very chatty to all the staff. Which was nice.
That’s so funny! What a happy memory that must be.
You live near some of the prettiest places ever.
I’m blessed! Thanks, Mimi.
To sea, to sea!
…and sail away!
👍🏼
The coastal views are just so gorgeous
They certainly are!
Simply beautiful!
Thanks so much!
Fabulous photos, Keith! 😍 You live in a beautiful area, and I’m sure the King enjoyed it. 🙂 Thanks for hosting this link party. Cheers!
I do, I have to remind myself not to take it for granted!
The area is so pristine and calming. Wonderful photos. Keith. You know how I love the seaside. Thank you.
