Audrey had the audacity to call me audacious! Me? Audacious? I may be bold, dauntless and daredevilish, but I am certainly not brazen, disrespectful or defiant.

The other day I was carrying out some audiospectrography, and she said, ‘what’s that?’

A technique for studying sound by separating it into its component frequencies of course’, I said?

Then she accused me of using long words. Me? A sesquipedalian? There’s nothing wrong with being phonologically supercalifragilisticexpialidocious, but I’m not linguistically meretricious!

Good thing you read this one to me- I would have never made it through that list of long words!

Oh wow, I love it. What a great use of some not often used words. Well done Keith. And humble too.
