Little Ricky was at Granny’s house. Granny has a big magnifying glass which she holds to one of her eyes when reading a book. It makes it look enormous!
Granny fell asleep in her chair, the magnifying glass on her lap. He knew it was naughty but Ricky took it and went out to the garden.
He crawled across the lawn to see what he could find. On a blade of grass was a ladybird. He looked through the magnifying glass wondering what it doing. It looked huge! But it just stood there like a red and black blob. Boring.
In the middle of a flower was a bee, its tongue whipping in and out, hiding stolen pollen behind one of its fury legs.
Then he noticed lots of ants marching in a line carrying bits of leaves between their front legs. He watched them through the magnifying glass for ages wondering what they were up to.
He felt a tickle. It began to itch so he gave it a good scratch. He looked at his leg through the magnifying glass and saw a big red lump. A naughty ant had bitten him!
There was a tap on his shoulder and he looked up, still looking through the magnifying glass. He saw some enormous grinning teeth, Granny’s teeth!
Minutes later Granny was back in her chair reading a book with her magnifying glass.
Ricky remembered watching a cartoon about a private eye with a magnifying glass. That’ll be me one day he thought to himself!

Little Ricky’s got three hands so he’d make a great private eye!! Cute story Keith.

I hadn’t noticed that! It was the first time I’d used AI to create a picture – I’ve gone back to my old way, and replaced it!

Seems hands are problematic for some AI pictures, several have six fingers or two thumbs. They’re fun pics though! Like the replacement!

At least Ricky didn’t set fire to anything, which I always found to be the main attraction of a magnifying glass!
Cool story, Keith.

I see Ricky’s keeping his options open for the future: either he’ll be a thief of magnifying glasses or a private detective using one to track down the thief.Good story, Keith.(Why do I hear a voice saying, ‘Grandma, what big teeth you’ve got’?)
