If you go down to woods today, you’re sure of a big surprise for it won’t just be Teddy Bears you’ll see….
‘Are you sure this picnic’s it a good idea Ken? Whenever we hold one everybody assumes it’ll be a Barbie-cue!’
‘Don’t worry Bee, I told everyone to bring something, look, I’ve just been to McDonalds and got us a few bits and pieces’.
‘Please don’t tell me you’ve invited Waldorf and Statler again, all they do is sit there and moan’.
‘I have but Kermit promised to have a chat with them before they arrive so hopefully they’’ll behave themselves. Miss Piggy said she won’t come though, she’s still not got over the time Punch and Judy brought their famous pork sausages!’
‘I’m hoping Pinoccio will turn up. Last time he didn’t make it because his strings got tangled, at least that was his excuse but he could have being lying of course, it wouldn’t have been the first time’.
‘Listen. What’s that noise? There’s someone creeping around in the bushes’.
‘Don’t worry Ken, I know exactly who that is, it’s Chucky trying to scare us! Come here you dopey doll!’
‘Look there’s the Cabbage Patch Kids we’re in for a noisy afternoon!’
‘And here comes the pink Rolls Royce with Parker at the wheel, welcome Lady Penelope!’
…at six o’clock their mummies and daddies, will take them home to bed, because they’re tired little puppedolls!.
I can’t believe I just wrote that – or recorded it!
