The other day I mentioned to Nancy of The Elephant’s Trunk fame that we have a VW camper van festival in my town simply known as Dubs. She requested some pictures, so here they are…

We have a vintage car festival too – I’ll leave that for another day!
HERE’S LINKY!

Nancy is gonna love these! As do I. Wonderful pics, Keith. You’ve a great eye.
That’s so kind of you Dale, thank you!
My pleasure and well deserved!
I’d love to go to this!
Great fun!
Very nice pics
Thanks, Sadje!
My pleasure
Very Cool collection!
Thanks, Lydia!
Nancy of The Elephant’s Trunk fame! That is hilarious, my dear Keith. Thank you for the nod.
The pix are so vibrant and the Dubs are quite alive in their statements. The ornaments and decorations on some are just too funny. I especially love the “No Brakes” sign on the wheel cover and the rat strapped onto the fender. Excellent post!
I’m pleased you liked them, Nancy. They were just the tip of the iceberg, there were over a hundreds of them there!
Nice photos, some really love cars
Thanks so much!
I love VW vans. I rode one from Salem, Oregon to San Diego, California in 1969. A fun trip.
Thank you for hosting the Wordless Wednesday Blog Hop.
Have a fabulous Wordless Wednesday and rest of the week, Keith. 🙂
Wow, that must have been quite an adventure!
It was. I was 18 years old. 🙂
What grand fun! I would love to see all these beautiful vehicles in person.
It’s quite a sight! Cheers, Mimi.
Great photos! Looks like a lively town.
It is! It’s a small seaside town with no hotels, just a few B&B’s, but there’s always something going on!
No interest in motorcycles but we love the love bug photos. That was such a classic vehicle in its time. Great photos of some nice oldies.
It certainly was, there’s been nothing like them since.
Those festivals look so cool. I would love to go to both of them. So very cool. Love your pics. Thanks for hosting and I hope that you have a wonderful week.
Thanks so much. They are great, and the happen every year!
Some interesting, unique, and colorful rides!
There certainly were!
Groovy, those vans are far out.
Yea man! They sure are!
Groovy vans! 😀 And the motorcycles are cool too. 😎
Thanks, Debbie!
Hi Keith – the winning one looked ‘mighty’ polished up … fun to see them all – and I quite like a ride in one or two of the bike ones … on a warm sunny day please!! Nancy’s been appreciative I note – cheers Hilary
It was like a mirror! Every year at Motorfest, I wish I’d been a biker!
Love the cool collection!
Great photos as always, Keith!
I’m pleased you like them, thanks so much.
