Oh wow. Hubby loved the food in Hong Kong and Singapore.
I’m afraid the produce in the local markets here is pretty ‘rough’.
Two places I’ve yet to visit!
I know what you mean, we’ve become more keen on buying produce from Supermakets these days.
I love the various displays of organization in Marketplace stalls. Great pics.
Me too! Thanks so much.
Wow! Who could resist such gorgeous markets? I wish I could reach into my screen and pick a few things for today’s meals. Glorious!
I know what you mean! Thanks, Nancy.
Are those all your personal pictures?
All mine!
You’ve a treasure trove of wonderful and colorful photos Keith 👍🏼🙏🏼
Thanks, Sadje, I couldn’t resist taking them!
👍🏼🌸👍🏼
What a fabulous tour of the markets ’round part of the world (a pretty large part!) I’ll pass on the foetuses, if you don’t mind… shudder!
If you keep one on your window ledge it brings you good luck, honestly!
Ummmm… Still, I shall pass, if you don’t mind.
What a brilliantly colored post! I am envious of the number of places you have traveled to. But I thank you for sharing these photos so I might travel vicariously with you.
It’s great to have your company, Violet!
one of the things I love about visiting new cities are going to their markets – great pics!
Me too, the colours, the smell, the atmosphere. Thanks, Beth.
I want to visit all those countries and all those markets. Delicious looking. Nothing better than fresh.
Thank you for hosting the Wordless Wednesday Blog Hop.
Have a fabulous Wordless Wednesday and rest of the week, Keith. 🙂
You would love it, I know!
Such wonderful selections and colours, but I will pass on the llama foetuses though, thank you very much!

Are you sure? They bring you good luck!
These are fabulous. I do feel we miss out when we just go to the supermarket…
Thanks, Lydia, I totally agree!
Love the colorful market scenes, Keith. Markets are such vibrant snapshots of a city, town or region. Great photos.
They sure are! Cheers, Suzette.
Cheers Keith..Happy Friday!
Oh, yum! (Most of it, anyway.)
I know what you mean!
Love the glorious roundup, but I’ll gladly pass on the llama foetuses—no thanks!
You as well? Okay!
I love Markets like this… so many colors, so many things to try.
I have one that was a wordless Wednesday a few years ago, it was a market in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. https://enduringhorizon.blogspot.com/2017/09/market-in-district-1.html
Indeed. Thanks for the link, I’ve not yet made it to Vietnam, the closest I ever got was Cambodia! One day!
All looks so colorful and delicious!
Exactly! Thanks so much.
Such a beautiful market. I would love to visit there.
They were all delightful … you really should!
Amazing! Felt like I traveled the world with you.
I’m pleased! Thanks, Shiju.
Hi Keith – yes travelled the world … wonderful pics! I remember a Polish friend and her husband lived in Cairo for a while and they used to get their food sent up in a basket from the pavement to their apartment above – always made me smile and wish I’d been able to see. Cheers Hilary
What a great idea, I could do with that as I live in a loft appartment!
Me too … 3 flights inside, one outside … but I get good views over the rooves to the Town Hall, Downs … et al – cheers H
this was such a fun post and the dried llamas – yikes
also, the kid on the bike reminded me how some folks really hustle for their lving.
Colorful foods from around the world
Beautiful photos – you must have so many travel memories!
