“Reisling is nine,” said Howard.
The wine waiter appeared somewhat confused.
“Excuse my friend,” said George. “We are celebrating Howard’s victory in this year’s Scrabble Championship. Chardonnay earns nineteen points!”
“I see. Might I suggest you sample our wine of the week gentlemen?”
“Wine not!” quipped Howard!
”One one one three four one one one three one one tree four,” he said attempting to outsmart Howard as he poured from a bottle of Liebfraumilch.
