I admit it, my desk is an absolute mess, but at least I know exactly where everything is. That is under this, they are over there and these are right here. As for those, well,  they are somewhere! 

The trouble is, my finickety boss is a tidiness freak. He once told me that a cluttered desk is a sign of a cluttered mind. I stopped myself from pointing out that his desk was empty. I value my job too much!
