They say the mirror doesn’t lie. Well, that’s a lie in itself! When I look in the mirror it makes out I’m older than I am. I don’t look like that! And look, it’s moved my winking eye to the left and my beauty spot to the right!
I’m not suggesting the mirror should make you look younger than you are, just that it should be totally honest. In mine, I should see an adonis, not an old codger.
I’d like to invent an honest mirror, but I can’t see myself doing it. In the meantime, I suppose I’ll have to make do with the one I’ve got and ignore what it’s trying to tell me.
There are three signs that show you’re getting old. The first one is losing your memory, the second one is…erm…oh, never mind.

Excellent reflection, Keith. An honest mirror…something to look forward to…now that I look back on the idea.
I can’t see it happening though!
You’ve come up with a wonderful idea Keith. An honest mirror would be a great hit…. Or would it?
Thanks for joining in.
Thanks, Sadje. There are various degrees of honesty!
You’re welcome
Never mind? But I do mind!!!
You impress us every time with your mind blowing stories.
Thanks so much for your kind words M’lady, I can’t thank you enough.
Try a little harder.
Hahahaha yes
Thanks, Beth!
I get what you are saying and totally agree.
I’m pleased about that!
This reminds me of something almost every woman on earth can relate to: “Mirror, mirror on the wall, I am my mother after all!” Very clever write, Keith!
I’ve not heard that before, brilliant!
Ohhh good one, Keith
Thanks, Maria!
Brilliant, Keith
Thanks so much, Nicole.
Well done. Yes, it’s easy to look in a mirror and think, “Oh, absolutely not, this can’t be right!”
Brilliant take, Keith!
A lovely and brilliant one Keith❤️
Great one Keith!
