For Wordless Wednesday and others!
.
Last Thursday I headed north to Leeds to attend a concert by the Andre Rieu Orchestra. It was an evening I’ll never forget, we laughed, we sang, we cheered and waved, some danced!
I took pictures on my mobile phone and being some distance from the stage, the quality is not up to my normal standard, but I thought I’d share them anyway!

I took a few very short videos, some just a few seconds. They’re here if you’re interested!
Huge thanks must go to my 3 kids who organised the whole thing for me

That’s it folks!
Add your link to join in the fun!
Wowzers! You are on a roll Keith. First the Dubai expo and now this fascinating concert.
I love how you edited the pictures and added a splash of notes. How does one do that – the notes I mean?
Have a stellar week ahead. I miss #WW
It’s all go, Natasha! Missing you at WW!
As for the notes, I snapped a piece of white paper, opened it in the Ribbet editor, added note stickers to it and superimposed the photos – if that makes sense!
Thanks. You are a true jet-setter.
I have been getting around of late!

This looks like it was a very enjoyable way to spend some time.
I can’t think of anything better!
That was some performance and all the notes on the photos make it all the more wild and crazy! Everyone sure had a great time.
We did, wild and crazy summed it up!

That looks such a wonderful magical evening. I would love to go to one of his concerts.
I’ve been to lots of concerts but never one like this!
Always great to see and hear live music! I’m glad I’ve been able to go to more concerts again, too.
You are so right. I’ve been watching his orchestra on TV for years, and at last I’ve actually seen it!
Now THAT’s a concert! Your children are as inventive as you are – you raised them well:):)
Of course I did! As for the concert, I’m still on a high!
I can imagine, I would be on a high too for several days!
The effects are awesome! I enjoyed these pictures.
Thanks, Shiju. Amazing, every piece of music had a different backdrop.
Oh! I’m also a huge Andre Rieu fan, I love his concertos and shows I get to watch on Youtube. It is awesome that you get to watch him in person, that is grand! I love all the photos you shared, Happy WW, Keith!
A dream come true for me! I’m really pleased you like them.
These are incredible! 🙂 <3
Thanks so much, Deborah!
Wow! What a night! What a fantastic evening!
It certainly was!
These are so cool, almost surreal. Doesn’t look like people were dressed for the snow. I love the balloons!
Thank goodness the snow wasn’t wet! Cheers, Colleen.
How fun!
Loved the colourful photos!
What a wonderful evening!
It was a colourful wonderful event from start to finish! Thanks, Veronica.
A wonderful evening enjoying the concert. I have not been to a concert. Thanks for sharing the photos.
You’d have loved it, Nancy, it was such fun!
Loved that people were dancing. Sounds so lovely.
It was. A shame I didn’t have anyone to dance with!
I love Andre. Very cool. I would have love to go. Happy for you.
If you get the chance, don’t hesitate!
That sure looks like a fabulous concert! We love all kinds of music here and if that were close we’d totally be there.
It was incredible. I travelled hundreds of miles to attend, and it was so worth it!
