I am curious about the name, 7 sisters. Here in India, the seven North Eastern States are called 7 sisters. Though I have not visited that part of my country, I have learnt that its beautiful too!
7 sisters at your end are damn pretty!
It is a series of seven chalk cliffs, but why they are called Sisters no-one knows. In Greek mythology Atlas had seven daughters but I don’t know if there’s a connection. Thanks Anagha.
These cliffs almost look like paintings, Keith! But, they’re very beautiful and I’m glad you shared them with us and linked up for our #ww blog hop. I come from that part of the country in India where we have seven North-Eastern states that are collectively called the Seven Sisters, so, initially, I was a bit intrigued when I first read your post title. Hope to see you link up in the coming weeks too! Happy Wednesday and a lovely rest of the week.
I must say these photos doesn’t look like home, but yet another place you have visited on your many voyages. … and you live here??? OMG How terribly breath-taking for sure. I can see why it’s your favorite place to stroll. You are truly a man of the world. Mr. Keith, I am so terribly happy to met you. I love going on vacation with you even if it’s only in pictures/words… it’s been such a delightful voyage thus far. I can’t wait to go on our next voyage. ~hehehe~
I’m really enjoying your company. The world is a wonderful place and I’m blessed to have seen as much of it as I have. They say travel broadens the mind – so true!
Beautiful photos! Doesn’t look like the 7 Sisters in Oregon! Must be another 7 Sisters. 🙂
Those sisters get everywhere! Cheers Laurie

You are even closer than me, but it’s only a bus hop away. No matter where I’ve travelled to, when I come home I can’t wait to get up there again!
What a beautiful place! You are quite blessed.
It is very special. Thanks Mimi
That’s one heck of a place for a stroll, sir! Those white cliffs are incredible.
There are some very steep slopes in places but it’s worth the effort! Thanks Jeanna
Gorgeous images! It must be so peaceful there. Thanks for sharing these.
It certainly is and rarely gets busy. Thanks so much.
I’d say that is an outstanding view! Beautifully photographed too.
Thanks so much, Carol – it’s amazing what you can do with a mobile phone these days!
Wow, what a view indeed. I would love to see this in person.
Thank you for joining the Wordless Wednesday Blog Hop.
Have a fabulous Wordless Wednesday. 🙂
Photos can’t do it justice. Thanks so much Sandee
I’m guessing you’re right about that, Keith. 🙂
Absolutely stunning! The ledge is so sharp and such a drop that I get a twinge of anxiety looking at it!
The highest one is Beachy Head, which is my last photo and it’s 600 feet high. Sadly it’s also the UK’s most used suicide spot.
What a beautiful place to take a stroll or just sit awhile and absorb the beauty of creation. Have a blessed day.
It certainly is and I love it up there all year round. Thanks for dropping by.

My pleasure, thanks Kelleyn
Absolutely beautiful!
Thanks so much Robert
If you’re going to take a stroll, that would be the place to do it – beautiful!
It’s perfect, although some of the slopes are a little on the steep side!
These are beautiful photos! I have to say you were a lot closer to the edge in the last ones than I dared to go when we were there last year.
I’m not too keen on getting close especially as there are no fences – 600 feet is a long way down!
Wow! Makes we wish I was in the UK. Gorgeous shots.
One sunny day perhaps! Thanks Beth
Those are beautiful shots and I bet you can find some great Seaglass on that beach.
Thanks for sharing!

I’ll be looking when I go back there this afternoon! Thanks Lisa
Absolutely breathtaking. Thanks Keith for your fascinating posts on #WW.
Thank Natasha
