Is the palette level?
Near enough
Good, We’ll put pipes along the bottom then another palette on top.
Great idea. Let’s put some twigs there, then this palette.
No, that one.
OK, now some guttering, then the palette I was originally going to use.
Looking good.
Next, this one, then some of that stuff, then that one.
Now a tray of dirt, some weeds, and bingo!
I think that’s fantastic, what say you?
A work of art.
What shall we do now?
I don’t know.
No, nor do I.
I’m bored.
Me too.
Fancy a beer?
Mmmm.
Thanks to Rochelle for hosting and Sandra Crook for the photo.
I suspect they were bored when they started that creation. 😉

Welcome back Keith. Sounds like a good morning’s work to me, followed by a beer. Perfect.

After a couple of beers they’ll be contacting Tate Modern to offer them a new installation – named One Hundred Words.

It’s good to see you again. That does look like a rather haphazard project.

This resembles a lot to my lego sessions with my kid. (Except the beer part, obviously)

Hi Keith – the palettes are best left as you left them … definitely time for a beer … as long as your GPS for the insect hotel and it was suitably positioned, so didn’t need moving to a permanent place of residing? Fun story though … cheers Hilary

The more beer they drink, the better their creation is gong to look!

Dear Keith,
One man’s art is another man’s pile of pallets and trash. Nicely done.

They can’t just have a beer… the “creation” was an excuse, a prelude, if you will, to the beer… 😉
