      Thanks, Hilary. I’ve been to Samos many times and I love it because it’s unspoilt – not a full English to be found! The main town is Pythagoria, the birthplace of Pythagorus.There’s only one flight a week from the UK and it’s never overrun by tourists, and it’s never grey either!

    We actually wanted to go to Santorini, but a heavy storm was predicted, If Santos is the closest to Athens, then we were there. Still remember, sipping on a drink at the beach, we heard the guy at the next table saying in Dutch, “Now we still need to do a little groceries.” We both burst out laughing, because only a Dutchman can think of groceries when you’re sitting at the beach”- so typically Dutch! Your images bring me back to memorable times in Greece:)

    I really loved the picture of small stairs with blue paint as well as the glimpse of bigger stair.
    The rustic touch of the doors and windows are really well captured.
