Reveal…

for the A-Z Challenge 2019

AtoZ2019Theme

It’s that time again! Time to share our themes for this year’s A-Z Challenge!

I have to admit I was unsure about taking part this year. However, after weeks of pondering I’m here and my 2019 collection of stories is well underway!

Once again, throughout April I will be writing daily Flash Fiction with a modest word limit of around 250. From my twelve years of short story blogging, I’ve learned that the briefer the tale, the more readers you get!

So here goes!whitevvvvvvvvvvv

I’ll be kicking off with one called ‘Are we there yet?’ Hopefully, we’ll meet up again on April 1st.

Looking forward to it. I wasn’t going to do it this year but changed my mind. But won’t be reading and commenting much till after we get back from Disney on the 8th.

The “Are we there yet” opening started me off with a smile. Glad you decided to do the A to Z again. I hope I can keep up with everything.

That’s probably the most used phrase by kids so I thought it perfect to kick off my month! Thanks for hosting once again.

    Keith,

I was like you hesitant to join the A2Z challenge but that nagging urge finally gave way to commit with the help of good friends. Now, I excited to be creating for next month’s blogfest. I shall look forward to reading stories from your Once Upon a Time series. Have a blessed week and if time permits, please come check out my Theme Reveal post!

One of the reasons I hesitated was because of the declining number of participants and the resultant drop in visits to my site. In 2016 about 2100 folks signed up – right now it stands at 344! Anyway here we are and I’m really looking forward to seeing your sketches.

I’m pleased! It will be a mix of stories to read to children and others about kids from an adult’s perspective. I just hope it works!

Will be following your posts to learn more about concise writing. I am posting short stories also but am struggling to stay in the 300-word range.
