This isn’t right.

It is.

Where is everyone?

On their way.

So, we’re the first?

Well, yes, obviously.

Where’s the stage?

Be here soon.

Sorry, this isn’t right.

It is.

It’s not.

It is.

It’s not.

Stop complaining. We’ve got a prime position.

Where’s the loo? I need a pee.

For goodness sake, go behind a bush.

This isn’t right.

Not again, I told you….

What’s today’s date?

July the…. seventh?

No, it’s July the first.

Oh…well…erm…

The festival’s next week you idiot!

Yea, but we’ve got a prime pos….

If you think I’m staying here for a week think on.  I’m outta here.

Hi Keith – there be no trees to hide behind?! I certainly wouldn’t wait a week … I thought you were off into prime numbers – but no – still you primed me to check something out … sadly not useful! Still … the pic looks a little like cold frost – just as we’ve here … love the tale though – cheers Hilary

That’s on August 25th according to Google, so that’s a long wait – and a few thousand miles from the UK!

    Dear Keith,

Some people will go to a lot of trouble to get a good spot. I enjoyed this.

Strange two of them has come this far! Fact that they can’t seem to agree on anything! It is true for a city dweller absence of a loo may be a big concern. That too when the actual festivities are seven days away.

Funny. I like the repetition. I just knew he/she was going to be right in the end but couldn’t guess how. Great.

Nope. 24 hours would do it for me. I hope it didn’t take too long to get there.

Yep. No loo, no you! Besides, the organizers might move the stage. Then how prime will the position be?

Love the humor (as usual) and reminded me (at first) of what people must have felt when they went to the Fyre Festival –
Have you heard of it? It was a big disaster of a concert event where folks spent big money to show up to very little – had to sleep in tents and it was awful

Got to be in there first, plus Sounds Of Silence is a great song. Fun story.

Without basic amenities, the wait is too long! If I had to wait here for a week – “I am outta here as well”
    Enjoyed the conversation 🙂

Oh my – no loo – bushes? Yikes!
I’ll pass on the event and on waiting. Nicely unfolding story, Keith. It verifies what I dislike about camping. 😃
